Perhaps our own Site might not be the most beautiful Website you have ever seen but it is functional and already rudimentary optimized for Searchengines. Why didn't we do a better job? For our own Website? Because it takes time to do so. Everybody can create a fancy nice Website with one of dozens of Programs like Frontpage, PageMill, etc. But will anyone find it? As embarrassing as it sounds 5 years after the invention of frames lots of search engines can still not process Sites using them. And most users really don't care how much you spend on that flash intro. If anyone will ever want to visit your site again, surely the second time he will not enjoy waiting for it to load. Not to count those that left your Site before they have ever seen it. Because when you have a slow dial-up connection it might just look as if your Site was dead instead of playing that impressive intro. And then there are still those user, who do not care to always install the latest plug-ins only to see your Site. When you pay for the whole year in advance we will register you a .COM, .NET or .ORG domain for free.
All our servers come with html compression, a technique that provides even better service to your customers. Some dial-up providers offer the same service for an extra fee, our service offers the same speed without the extra fee. Other providers usually do not offer this service since it puts an extra load on the servers and most of their customers won't know the difference anyway, so why should they. We prefer to educate our customers and tell them what the difference is!
As you see we offer moderate prices, depending on the work that is really involed
with running a server and the costs your server causes. There are services out
there, that claim to offer you unlimited bandwidth,
just think about it, do they have an interest in serving you best, even on highload
times? Do they worry about your customers leaving your site, because it is too
slow? No, they make the more money the worse the service is they deliver.
We make the more money the better our service is, so do we have an interest
to provide you with a good service?
We offer fast hands on service for all hosting plans, that means if you need help to design or in programming for your site, just give us a call and we will try to give you a on the spot solution, usually we charge $40/h for webdesign and $50/h-$100/h for programming, depending on the skill required. We bill in 6min increments and for a minimum of 30min. So, each qualifying call will be billed for a multitude of 6min and when you use a service once within a month you will be billed for at least 30min for that month. The only way to offer good service is to pay the personal to deliver good service, we make the costs transparent for you, so you know: you get what you pay for.
